Required Qualifications:1. You must be a licensed real estate agent with the state of Massachusetts and have a minimum of three years experience actively listing and selling residential property while being a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. 2. Minimum of twelve transactions per year for the past two years. 3. Working towards, or currently certified through the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) as a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI), or Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). 4. Working towards, or currently certified through National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). 5. Established reputation as an honest professional throughout our community of local real estate agents. 6. Well-established connections (in good standing) throughout our local professional community. 7. Full-time real estate agent available during the day, evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule. 8. Computer literate with expertise in e-mail correspondence and H3MLS management. 9. Requirements also include: professional attire, decent automobile properly insured for business use, your own personal tools of the trade.
